The Process

below are highlights of the process but make it clear we’re always there/always working – sometimes keeps us up at night trying to solve a specific design problem or working out various organisation details.

12-18 months prior
 

  • Get that pretty little ring on your pretty little finger 
  • We chat a bit to get to know you and do a preliminary talk through of your needs, priorities & your inspiration
  • You say “I do” to working with us & we agree upon the level of service & pricing, sign contracts etc. 
  • We establish your budget and set you up on our fancy-schmancy database and get to work planning!
12 months prior
  •  We find your dream venue/set a date
  • We pair you up with your perfect creative team            (hand-picked suppliers tailored to your needs & budget.)

  • We fine tune your vision & the experience you want to create for your guest
  • We work through all the details/logistics*
  • We create all necessary reports, timelines & floorpans for every facet of your day
  • We listen, we advise, to you whinge (need to find a way to say this lighthearted/funny) ease your fears/talk you down from bridezilla cliff as necessary
    *become bffs/shoulder to cry on/therapist in the process
1 month prior
  • We confirm final details with your whole team
  • We finalize & print reports so that everyone is quite literally on the same page.
the wedding day
  • We run your day to absolute perfection, coordinating vendor arrivals, set-up and soothing nerves

Our couples don’t want one-size-fits all weddings

Our couples don’t want one-size-fits all weddings, so we don’t do one size fits all pricing. Again, we’d prefer to start with a conversation about what you’ve envisaged for your day. What are your priorities? Maybe a fantastic photographer? an amazing meal? A kickass party band? Or maybe none of that really matters so long as you’re surrounded by your favourite people, when you say “Oui, je veux” to your very most favourite.

We absolutely adore getting to be involved in every little detail and making sure everything from the Save the Date to the Last Dance conveys exactly the feeling you want to blahblah You’ll get two planners in one – one to focus on all the logistics/organisation and one to focus on all of the details and aesthetics. Though as planners we’re happy to work with other stylists (and vice versa) and we do so often – this ensures an absolutely seamless communication, both kept in the loop at every step.

We’re so much more than a one-day stand. We’ll set you up on on our super-slick planning database, pre-loaded with all of our favourite contacts, then swoop in two weeks prior, tie up all the loose ends, and deliver you a perfect day. Just like magic.
